Entrance Requirements
- Applicants
should have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or qualify for
mature student status with equivalent comprehension
- Proficiency
in the English language, both oral and written, should be sufficient
enough to communicate with health care team members, the client or the
resident
- Successful completion of CPR and First Aid prior to practicum
- Individuals must possess good health, good grooming, dependability and empathy
- Previous experience is not a requirement, but is considered an asset

- Students may be eligible to apply for an interest-free payment
